Adam & Sophie's Wedding

We ended the month of August with yet another sweet couple to photograph while they celebrated becoming husband and wife! There were so many great things about this wedding, they were such a lovely couple, along with their friends and family. Everyone was so easy-going, making them a pleasure to photograph and work with. I especially loved photographing their ceremony, it was so beautiful and perfect for them! They asked their guests to refrain from taking photos, which I loved -not only because it made my job slightly easier, but because they wanted everyone there to be present, and to share in the beauty of the moment and meaning of their vows and commitment to each other. It's so special to witness so many couples promising each other a lifetime, and getting to photograph the beginning of that lifetime is why I love doing this! Mark & Janessa Engaged.

Wrapping up the summer with a lot of engagements! ..It's been fun taking so many shots of couples who are dreaming and preparing for their upcoming wedding, and getting them comfortable in front of the camera as practice for the real deal! I've really loved all of the country locations that so many couples have chosen to use, this one was a gorgeous farm up the road from where Janessa was raised. There were so many great spots for some classic photos, and I love how natural they seem. So here are a handful from Mark & Janessa engaged! We are excited to be a part of their wedding next year!
