Phil & Alisha's Wedding

It was a sunny day in June, where family & friends joined to celebrate Phil & Alisha's decision to start a life together. All the best you guys, hope you can pick a few memories from your big day to hang on your wall. :)

 (The guys had a lot of fun with their photos, I'm starting to think they were snacking at the candy bar while waiting to enter the ceremony..sorry I didn't share too many guys, you'll have to hunt down those newlyweds to see all of your crazy ideas.)

Hello Baby.

HI! It's been forever since we're cracked out our camera and posted photos to share with you! (unless of course you have me as a facebook friend.. then you see the endless iPhone photos that are way too easy to take..)

We've enjoyed the last 6 months of "peace & quiet" after a crazy busy season of weddings in 2012! It'll be a quiet summer for photos this year, but we are definitely looking forward to some weddings and small sessions we've got coming up.. but really, we have chosen to take a much-needed summer away from photography to spend lots of extra time with our newest addition. Our cameras won't be collecting ANY dust with this sweet face to capture as she grows.

Jeremy & Katrina's Baby Bump

Baby bump! Ahhh! And it's the Veenstras! Some of my favourite people in the world, who have been so encouraging and supportive of my photography over the past few years. I have had the honour of photographing these two many times (...Remember their wedding photos?) and each time the photos are just so natural and lovely! I love being able to photograph our friends! When they told us they were expecting their first baby back in the summer, I was overwhelmed with excitement and I'm pretty sure I demanded that I would be taking their baby bump photos. I can't believe we're already there! Not only are these two some of our best friends, but we have been privileged to share the pregnancy journey with them. (Can't believe we'll have babies just a month or so apart guys!) Anyways, I guess I should just post the photos already... can't wait until your little bean arrives and we can add 'The Veenstra Family' to my blog ;)
