The Rupke Family.

One of the greatest blessings at Christmas time is the blessing of family. It's such a wonderful time that brings a family  together, to share and catch up on life. It's these moments that really count. I've known the Rupke's for years, Jenn has truly been my closest friend growing up...Who I've had the joy to know for over a decade and I love her to bits! Here are some photos from their snowy family photo session!

Portrait Session with Becky

Note to self: Shooting photos during Canadian winters are cold. Even if there is next to no snow.
This photo shoot took exactly 4 minutes. We pulled up to a field, jumped out. I took maybe 100 frames and we ran back to the car. (We should've left it running.) 
Yep, it was cold.. The location choice of a field that was open to the icy wind was probably not the best idea, but the lighting was perfect. 
I've been wanting to take some pictures of my sister for a few weeks and we've been waiting for a clear sky. The nice thing about taking pics of my sisters is that I can be quick and bossy. It gets the job done! So, here are the photos from our 4 minute photo shoot. 
Becky plans on using some of these to update her music; I think they came out wonderfully.

The Loveless Family.

"For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb.  I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well." Psalm 139:13-14

Ed & Ashley asked me to come take some pictures of their new bundle of joy, Addie. She is honestly so gorgeous! In her 9 weeks of life, she has already overcome so much and it is incredible to see God's provision for this family.  They have been on quite the journey with their little girl, but talking with them about it you feel such optimism and peace coming from their words. They are amazing parents and have set such an awesome example of patience and strength.
