It's as close to a yard as we've got, but even a little bit of fresh air is enough to make any day great. Eli & I ate lunch on our little balcony today (only a few fishy crackers didn't make it into his tummy) ...he loves being outside hearing the birds and feeling wind. It must be so wild to feel wind and notice it for the first time. I love being able to explore this world and to try and see it from his perspective. I just love this little man. He is the busiest guy... but he is hilarious. I love spending little moments with him and watching him dance all over, tell you he's "hannsziim!" and watch him check out a screen door, not quite understanding what the point is. He's growing up so fast, but my camera can freeze the smallest moments and turn them into a beautiful memory, I love that. The most important thing that I've learnt on my journey of being a mom, is to slow down.
